Birth date, time and place pass through our servers so we can calculate your result. The calculation engine is stateless: it does not store them. We do not write request or response bodies to our logs or database. Our records of each call contain only the account, endpoint, time, outcome and charge.
The one exception is the Idempotency-Key feature: if you send that header, we store a keyed one-way digest of the request, not the request itself, to avoid charging you twice for a retry.
You decide why and how birth details are collected from your own users, and you are responsible for having the right to send them to us. We process them only to return the calculation you asked for.
We keep your business name, contact email, API key digests, balance and billing history for as long as the account exists and as the law requires.
